Saturday August 17th historical dangradings took place in Troisvierges, GD of Luxembourg, in the dojang of Taekwon-Do Norden. ITF-Luxembourg and FLAM invited Master Frank Vanberghen (VIII° degree, Belgium) to conduct these gradings.

Mr. Hardy Viktor was promoted to IV°degree, becoming the first Instructor in the country. The grading consisted of tuls (Sam-il, Yoo-sin, Choi-yong and Choong-moo), sambo-ibo-ilbo matsogi, hosinsul, sparring, 3 breaking techniques and theory.

There was also a grading for I°degree. Melanie Eyschen is the first student of Mr. Viktor and the first student in the GD of Luxembourg being promoted to black belt I°degree, after 8 years of training.
