Polish Taekwon-Do Association has an honor to host the 87th International Instructor Course, which will be held on 27th -29th September 2013 in the sport halls of Józef Piłsudski University of Physical Education in Warsaw, 34 Marymoncka street.

Poland has a long tradition in the organization of the International Instructor Courses. From 1993 to 1999 (with exception of 1998) Polish Taekwon-Do Association was an organizer of International Instructor Courses conducted personally by the Founder and Father of Taekwon-do – Gen. Choi Hong Hi. We were the first country were Gen. Choi discussed precisely all technical details of all 24 patterns.

After the Founder of Taekwon-Do had passed away, PTA hosted many seminars with international instructors, also IIC n 2005 in Lublin and in 2010 in Warsaw.

The 87th International Instructor Course in Warsaw will be the third one. It will be conducted by Members of the Technical Committee:

• Grand Master Hector Marano - Chairman of the ITF Technical Committee
• Grand Master Willem Jacob Bos - Member of the ITF Technical Committee, ITF Director
• Grand Master Ung Kim Lan - Member of the ITF Technical Committee

The IIC in Poland has many advantages for the potential participants.

First, the seminar will take place in Warsaw, the capitol of Poland, a very historical city with many interesting places, beginning with architecture, through museums, parks, restaurants and finishing with small gift shops and huge shopping centers. Therefore we highly recommend and invite all the participants to stay at least one or two days after the seminar to value the attractiveness of Warsaw. The capital city Warsaw is very well connected with all countries of the world by both air and land routs. The geographical position of Poland in the centre of Europe will enable easy and relatively inexpensive connection by plane, train, ferries and a car.

Poland is also in good diplomatic relations with all countries in Europe and in the world therefore all participants should have no difficulties in obtaining visas, regardless of their political or religious orientation, of course if requested on time.

With a great pleasure the organizing committee will assist all participants in any organizing matters as much as possible.
