Dear friends, we are offering the video lessons of Taekwon-do ITF sports sparring, the top 20 combinations with the world legend of Taekwon-Do and Kickboxing Katya Solovey from Ukraine, this is the first part of the application in which is presented 10 combinations with the target and 10 works in pairs. After the demonstration of each combination is given practical use of it. We are sure that our video lessons will help you improve your sparring and to achieved good results in international competitions.
