On 9 February 2013 after official invitation from Bulgarian Association of Taekwon-Do Master Pangiotis Gialamas /VIII Dan/ conducted technical seminar in the Sports Hall of Elin Pelin city - Sofia district. Master Gialams was accompanied by his eldest son Konstantinos Gialamas (V Dan) who assisted with intensive warm up exercises. After that Master Gialamas continued with patterns explanations from Chon Ji to Joong Moo, with clarifications of every small detail of any movement. The morning session ended with free sparring combinations again under the instruction of Konstantinos Gialamas.

The light lunch break passed with non-formal talks about the situation of Taekwon-Do basically in the Balkans and some past methods of teaching.

The afternoon session smoothly started with very friendly and casual conversation with the Master where were presented fundamental differences between Taekwon-Do and other martial arts not only in technical level, but also in anatomical and philosophical level. After that Vencislav Ignatov (President of BAT) assited for participants’ warm up. Then the Master continued with his conception of divisions of basic exercises for students according their degree status.

The traditional winter exam of Bulgarian Association of Taekwon-Do was held on 26-27 January when 161 members were tested for color belts. The culmination of the winter exam session was the Black Belt test by Master Gialamas where 8 people were successfully promoted to II and III dan.
