The first day of the competition kicked off with Black Belt patterns, traditional sparring and special techniques, as well as senior color belts sparring, patterns, special techniques and power. The competition went very smoothly and the day was over almost an hour ahead of schedule.
Sunday:
The second day saw junior competitors from A (13-17y.o) and B (under 13y.o), compete in the traditional Taekwon-Do events (except for power and traditional sparring) as well as Black Belt sparring in the afternoon. The level of the juniors impressed more than one and we are glad to say that the new generation will definitly set a very high standard in the years to come.
During that event The chairman of ITF Finland Miss Heli Karjalainen 4th degree announced the personalities of the year 2012.
Overall the competition was a great success and shows the commitment of ITF practitioners in Finland to constantly improve the standard and professionalism of the level of their events.
