In the nationwide seminar for instructors and black belt holders that was held in the weekend 5th – 6th January 2013 in Łódź, Poland there were 21 participants more than in the previous edition of this course a year before. The seminar was organized by the Polish Taekwon-Do Association in cooperation with one of the regional schools: Center Taekwon-Do in Łódź, which shared his training hall for the needs of the seminar.
On Saturday, January 5th, 2013 the seminar was conducted by Master Tadeusz Loboda, who concentrated first of all on the backward motion and the moment of relaxation of the body between one technique and another. While executing the chosen combination of movements the participants could understand the rule which says that every Taekwon-Do technique, with few exceptions, had to start with a backward motion. There was also time to practice the pattern from Kwan-Gae to Moon Moo, each one double, step by step.
In the evening, after the seminar had finished, most of the participants met for a common dinner in a restaurant „Bierhalle” in the one of the most known shopping centers ”Manufaktura”. Those not present preferred to tour a city or met in smaller groups.
The training session on Sunday, 6th January 2013, was conducted by Master Jerzy Jedut. This part of the seminar was focused on executing different techniques or sequences of very complex techniques in terms of coordination. In some cases they required from all participants’ extraordinary skills, however, it allowed them to practice the traditional part of Taekwon-Do.
The seminar brought a lot of satisfaction and joy to everyone and finished with a common picture of all participants.
It was agreed that the next seminar for instructors and black belt holders will be held on 11th -12th January 2014 in Krakow.
