To whom it may concern:

With pleasure we would like to inform that online registration of the AETF 5th European Taekwon-Do Cup 2013 to be held on 1-3.03.2013 in Samokov, Bulgaria is already working under the link:

We invite the representatives of all interested schools/clubs/national teams to apply for a login.

The DEADLINES for the European Cup 2013 are as follows:

1. UMPIRES:
   The umpires must be registered in the online system before 4th February 2013
2. ENTRY FORMS:
   1st deadline - the preliminary application should be made by the 4th February 2013.
   2nd deadline - all entry applications must be made till 22nd of February 2013

   NOTE: Any change in the entry form made between 22nd February and 1st March 2013 will incur a charge of 25,00 € each. Once a competitor has entered an event(s) no refunds will be given if the competitor decides to withdraw from an event(s).
3. ACCOMMODATION:
   For accommodation please contact the Organizing Committee: eurocup2013@taekwondo.bg.
   1st deadline - 4th February - by this date all delegations have to book accommodation by paying 50% of the total hotel fee by bank transfer.
   ATTENTION! Please note that before the payment of first amount you will need to send a filled accommodation form for approval by the Organizing Committee to the following e-mail: eurocup2013@taekwondo.bg.
   2nd deadline is 22nd February - by this date you must book your accommodation. You will either have to pay the remaining 50% at the discounted or 100% of the hotel fees at no discount. Changes in names or other data, without change of total number of the delegates, will not cause any penalty fee.

Please take all neccessary actions to participate in the event and to run the event smoothly. We kindly ask you to inform all schools/clubs in your country about that event.
