The 21st Polish Junior Championship was held on May 25th – 26th, 2012 in the sport hall in Rybnik Boguszowice (South-Poland). The organizers were Mr. Rafal Poleszak and Mr. Lukasz Kubiak the head coaches of the Rybnicki Taekwon-Do Club “Feniks-Arete”. 128 competitors from 34 schools took part in that event.
The Polish Championships for Juniors and Juniors Younger are very important for schools as the medals and placed reached by each competitor equal a proper amount of points in the sports competition of the Polish Ministry of Sport and Tourism. Therefore next to the usual medal classification the point classification of schools is very much awaited.
The main characters of the championships were the competitors of Legnicki Taekwon-Do Club coached by Mr. Lukasz Stawarz, current coach of the Polish National Male Team. His pupils got first place in both medals and points classifications for schools.
In the point medal classification for schools Legnicki Sport Club got 113 points.
The second place went to the Wroclaw Sport Taekwon-Do Club. The juniors coached by Mr. Adam Alenowicz won 92 points.
The athletes from LKS Lotos Jablonna, coached by Mr. Tomasz Szczepaniuk won third place and 84 points.
In the general schools medal classification also three schools got to the winners podium.

Although there were two female competitors with the same number of medals (both 1 gold and 1 silver), the best competitor became Ms. Monika Chwalewska from MKS Żak Biala Podlaska, who won more matches in her divisions. The best junior competitor became Mr. Kamil Badura from KS Dragon Janów with 1 gold and 1 silver medal. Both competitors are current members of the Polish Junior National Team.
The Polish Junior Championships were held on very high technical level in all divisions of patterns, sparring and special techniques. The domination of the members of the Polish National Team was very clear and confirmed that the National Coaches took the right decisions.
