Sankt Petersburg is the second largest city of Russia after Moscow with over 7 million of population, and a city with long Taekwon-Do history.

On March 24th and 25th the president of all Russia Taekwon-Do Federation Mr Lazaros Tsilfidis visited Sankt Petersburg to conduct a technical seminar for 2 days (9 hours in total) after the invitation of the president of local organization Mr Oleg Krivoruk. Seminar aimed to improve skills of participants and to help them understand vital details in Taekwon-Do technique. Among the participants were many instructors of local schools of Taekwon-Do.

It has to be noted that helped a lot, 62 year-old Vasily Miheladze, who is one of the pioneers of Taekwon-Do not only in Sankt Peterburg but in Russia too and who is still training and trains several groups.
