On March 24, 2012 Master Vasilis Alexandris – 8th Degree, President of Technical Board of ITF Hellas, conducted a special training session in the Gym of NSOU Sofia. In the event took part 38 Taekwon-Do practitioners ranked 2nd Gup to 5th Degree, including the President of the ITF Albania – Mr. Gianis Kamberis and 3 competitors from Greece – part of the 10 people delegation which came with the Master - actively took part in the training session.

The special guest quickly started with intense warm up which was followed by numerous fundamental sparring exercises and combinations - presented and explained in their every detail. Master Alexandris put emphasis not only on showing movements but also on the purpose of the exercises of both partners of the couples - attacker and defender. At the same time he didn’t stop giving important tips to the participating instructors for training conduction - warm up, basic techniques, determination of every practice session etc. It is priceless when person with 40 years in Taekwon-Do shares his vision and experience to everybody.

In the end of the session 2 applicants successfully passed grading exam and was promoted to II Dan. On the final line up Master Alexandris expressed his satisfaction from participants’ technical level, hard work during the day and gave diplomas to everyone who took part in the training. He also expressed gratitude to Bulgarian Association of Taekwon-Do as host of the event and especially to the President Mr. Vencislav Ignatov for the good organization who on behalf of the Association handed him a memorable plaque for the event.

In the end most of the participants together with the whole delegation from Greece shared a dinner in casual, cheer and friendly atmosphere where mutually exchanged invitations for future events organized by the Taekwon-Do organizations of Bulgaria and Greece.
