The tournament is to be held on 16th -19th February 2012r. in the city of Zvenigorod in the distance of 30 km from the capital - Moscow.

More than 500 competitors from 27 parts of Moscow will compete during 4-days competition to win the right to participate in the European Championships 2012 in Maribor, Slovenia.
