We have the honor to inform that International Taekwon-Do Federation admit a honorary black belt to the vice president of All Russia Taekwon-Do Federation Mr. Alexander Ivanovich Tikhonov.

Mr. Alexander Ivanovich Tikhonov is member of highest council of Ministry of Sports and Turism of Russia. He is gold champion in 4 Olympics and 11 times world champion in Biathlon. He was olympic champion for 16 years continuously! One of the best athletes ever.

Now he gives all his help in development of Taekwon-Do in Russia. During the “Moscow Challenge” the Chairmen of Trust Committee of All Russia Taekwon-Do Federation Mr. Baskin Boris Solomonovich handed in the certificate of honorary black belt. Mr. Tikhonov promised to put this certificate to his personal museum of his achievements.
