Christmas meeting with gen. Petelicki

On December 20th, 2011 at Museum of Polish Army on Powsińska 13 Str. in Warsaw was held a seasonal Christmas meeting organized by Gen. Slawomir Petelicki, the Founder and First Commander of the Special Operations Detachment "GROM", in 2006 awarded with honorary black belt. Taekwon-Do was represented by Master Tadeusz Loboda – President of Polish Taekwon-Do Association as well as Mr. Andrzej Piotrowski and Mr. Andrzej Kozłowski – both the pioneers of Taekwon-do in Poland.

The meeting was an opportunity to express Christmas and New Years wishes but also to hand out the thank you letter from GM Pablo Trajtenberg, ITF President for Generals support of ITF efforts to obtain membership in Sport Accord.

Gen. Petelicki received also ITF logo in the shape of ITF plaque turtle with his name engraved on it as well as a copy of the publication “Quadrathlon Taekwon-Do ITF” in which General’s letter of support was included.

Apart from the former members of special detachment “Grom” and many army representatives the meeting was attended by members of current government as well as many well know people and celebrities.
