Newsletter 4/2011 Euros in numbers and diagrams
The 26th Senior and 17th Junior European Taekwon-Do Championships took place in the capital of Slovakia – Bratislava, from 20th to 23rd October 2011. All those present, remember the results, the winners, who was the best, and those who presented themselves in memorable and spectacular ways. This time I would like remind the readers of the last four European Championships (Wroclaw, Poland 16-18.05.2008; Benidorm, Spain 24-26.04.2009; Skovde, Sweden 30.04-02.05.2010 and Bratislava, Slovakia 20-23.10.2011).
My article shows the last European Championships in numbers and diagrams. Such comparisons bring a lot of interesting information e.g. what are the trends in the level of participation, the power of the most successful countries or their level of leadership. Presented materials may be just useful for simple knowledge or curiosity. The article also recalls the names of the best competitors.
