One of the points of the activities of All Russia Taekwon-Do Federation is organization at least once a year a seminar in order to unite instructors from all parts of all this huge country and give him opportunity to meet and train together.

This year’s edition was held on 5th -6th November 2011 in the capital of Russia, Moscow. For the second time they invited to conduct the seminar Mr. Tomaz Barada, one of Taekwon-Do most successful sparring competitor, three times World and six times European Champion, three times King of Taekwon-Do, Coach of Slovenian National Team. In the World Championships in New Zealand his team gained 7 gold medals, all in sparing. It was a fantastic result for a coach. During the seminar Mr. Barada shared his knowledge and wisdom in a charismatic way. He presented numerous fight combinations and tactic elements. Wishing to seize the opportunity to learn from the best almost one hundred instructors and competitors representing from Belarus, Ukraine, Latvia and Russia arrived for this event.

• How do you evaluate the level the seminar in Russia?
  I can say that the level is really growing there. People want to learn, and I can see that they work on the new things.

• What in your opinion is the most important thing to improve by Russian athletes?
  They have very good spirit, physically and conditionally they are ready, only thing what is missing is tactical way of fighting. They just do too much in the fight and with that they do a lot of mistakes.

• How do you compare this seminar to the one held last year?
  This year we had even more people than last year. I also feel that they trust me more when I teach.

• Did you have time to do some sightseeing?
  This time i didn't have time, I came on Friday and i left already on Sunday. But last year I saw a lot of tradition and made a nice tour over Moscow.
