The INTA Technical Seminar was held in the Watershed Gymnasium, Kilkenny on the weekend of the 24 th of September. The seminar was conducted by Master Brendan O’Toole (8 th Degree – President), Master Val Douglas (7 th Degree – Vice-president) and Master Gerry Martin (7 th Degree).

The two day course covered all aspects of the grading syllabus and included innovative methods on training, stretching and teaching. The seminar catered for all grades and ages through a range of specific classes and activities and was thoroughly enjoyed by all.
