Polish Younger Junior Champs Report

18th Polish Younger Juniors Championships in Taekwon-Do ITF played within the framework of XVII Polish Youth Olympic of Indoor Sports were held in the term 6th – 8th May 2011 in Bialystok.

The main organizer was Mr. Wojciech Zdanuczyk, VIth Degree, the President and head instructor at TSC "So-San" Bialystok Club.
In the tournament took part 249 competitors from 49 clubs, who represented 14 out of 16 voivodeship in Poland. Although very high number of participants thanks to very good organizational level the championships went smoothly.
The best voivodeship in general classification is:
- Lower Silesian, points 184
- Masovian, points 140
- Lublin, points 95
The best clubs in medal classification are:
- Wrocławski Sportowy Klub Taekwon-do: gold 3, silver 1, bronze 4
- Ludowy Klub Sportowy Lotos Jabłonna : golds 2, bronze 1
- "Taewo" Klub Wschodnich Sportów Walki w Warszawie: gold 1, silver 2, bronze 2
The best club in point classification is:
- Wrocławski Sportowy Klub Taekwon-do WSKT, ponits: 77
- Ludowy Klub Sportowy Lotos Jabłonna, points: 43
- Klub Sportowy Taekwon-do w Głubczycach, points: 39
The best female competitor is Anna Kucharska, WSKT Wrocław winning 2 gold medals.
The best male competitor is Grzegorz Kraszewski, Taewo KWSW Warszawa with 1 gold and 2 silver medals.
