In about two months it’s time for the second edition of the Dutch Taekwon-Do tournament the Holland Cup. A good moment to give everybody a first update about the progress in the organization of this great tournament.

The organization started early with the promotion of the tournament. Due to this promotional activity, we have received a lot of e-mails from countries who are very interested to participate at the Holland Cup. Some countries have already promised to be present. Among these countries are: Belgium, England, Greenland, Croatia, Norway, Poland, Ireland and Spain. Some countries want to come with several groups.

Since more countries have applied, the newly introduced team sparring will be very interesting. Our foreign contacts were very enthusiastic about the team event and want to subscribe some strong teams. We are very curious to see which teams from the Netherlands will subscribe to answer to the foreign teams. The decoration of the Holland Cup will be even more than last year. This all to give the tournament a more professional look, towards a European-or World championship.
