On 8th January 2011 in Saint Petersburg took place the second All Russia Taekwon-Do ITF cup. Saint Petersburg is usually called as the north capital of Russia. It is the second largest city in Russia and was Founded by Tsar Peter I of Russia on 27th May 1703. It was the capital of the Russian Empire for more than two hundred years (1713–1728, 1732–1918). And it is also a city with good traditions in Taekwon-Do. It was decided to organize the 2nd cup in this city in order to develop the ITF in this city.

This was the first tournament conducted by All Russia Taekwon-Do Federation in 2011 and certainly it was successful. We believe that thanks to the proper management we will see much more competitors in Russian National Team from Saint Petersburg in the nearest future.
