In the term 21st -23rd January 2011 in Kharkiv, Ukraine took place the first technical seminar and workshop conducted by Mr. Oleg Petrovsky 6th Degree and Mr. Oleg Solovey 5th Degree. The four days seminar gathered about 60 coaches from all over Ukraine. Mr. Oleg Petrovsky conducted training regarding basic techniques of Taekwon-do, whereas the coach of National Ukrainian Team, Mr. Oleg Solovey was dedicated sport sparring.

There were also held a seminar for umpires and the theoretical classes on teaching Tae Kwon Do. All participants received a numbered certificate of participation.

The next Ukrainian seminar is planned for October 2011 in Crimea.
