On 26th December 2010 just one week before the new year Mr. Tsilfidis Lazaros conducted a seminar for clubs in Moscow. This beautiful city with 15 million citizens is most populous in Russia. Most clubs and athletes being members of Russia Taekwon-Do Federation are from Moscow.

The main aim of the seminar was to pass the knowledge gained during the umpire course held in Italy in the term 17th – 18th December 20010. We strongly believe that all the changes and improvements in umpire rules must be passed to all competitors, umpires and coaches of national federation immediately after all ITF curses. This is the only way to have always good level of competitors and teaching the art of Taekwon-Do.
