In the term 3rd – 5th December in Ivano-Frankovsk took place Ivano-Frankovsk Open 2010. In competitions participated 282 athletes from Moldova, Kyiv, Kharkov, Kirovograd, Crimea, Kiev, Zhitomir, Rovno, Zaporozhe, Donetsk and Ivano-Frankovsk. Competition were played in patterns and sparring.

The distinguished guests attended this competition. Among others present were Mr. Alexander Ignatenko, President of Ukrainian Taekwondo Union, head of the Ivano-Frankovsk Sport Committee, Mr. Mateshko Vitali, chairman of the Main Department of Family Youth and Sports Ivano-Frankovsk Regional State Administration.

A friendly match between the young teams from Ukraine and Moldova took place, which with a tense struggle 4-1 won Ukrainian.

In the general classification the first place went to the team from Kharkiv, the second to Ivano-Frankivsk and the third Crimea.
