Only 5 hours 30 minutes by plane I had to travel to visit the city Ulan-Ude the capital of Buryatia. The most difficult in this trips is the difference of time witch is 5 hours! This mean that while in Moscow it is 22:00 o’clock in Ulan-Ude is already 03:00 o’clock! But this is mother Russia a really big and interesting country. Buryatia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Republic_of_Buryatia) is located in the South-Central region of Siberia along the eastern shore of Lake Baikal the deepest lake in the world 1600 meters deep and has boarders with Mongolia (see the map http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Map_of_Russia_-_Buryat_Republic_%282008-03%29.svg).

I was invited to visit the annual cup “healthy children - our future” witch take place in the city Ulan-Ude (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ulan-Ude) the third largest city in eastern Siberia. The cup is organized by “Azerbaijan coulter center” and this time it attracted 250 competitors from Omsk, Novosibirsk, Primorsky Kray and Buryatia it self.

I am always very happy to visit this land and I travel there annual since 2002. The president of ITF Taekwon-Do in Buryatia Chengis Lybsanov is 3rd degree holder and recently was nominated director of sports department of the city Ulan-Ude. His vice president is Kim Maxim 5th degree black belt international instructor chairmen of umpire committee of all Russia Taekwon-Do ITF committee and director of a big sport center in the city Ulan-Ude.

This year as always the hospitality was great and I was extremely happy to meet our members from Siberia. They really made a very good job and this is why this year they was able to atrack many sponsors.
