Registration closed:

Last Friday, November 5th 2010, was the closing date of the registration for the International Instructors Course, from November 19th to 21st, 2010 in Sport Centrum Welgelegen, Utrecht, www.iicnetherlands.nl.

Participants:

In total there are 190 participants from 17 countries with 21 nationalities.

The seminar will be attended by:

3x Grand Masters (Technical Instruction Committee: Grand Masters Marano, Trajtenberg and Bos) all 9th Degree,
2x Masters 8th Degree, Masters Wintzer from Germany and Master Ellis from England,
6x Masters 7th Degree, Master Denis from England, Master Frank Vanberghen from Belgium, Master Harry Vones from Germany, Masters James Tjin-A-ton, Wijnand Tapilatu, Willy van de Mortel all from The Netherlands (please note that Master Coos van den Heuvel will also be present as non-participating visitor).

Furthermore there are:

10x 2nd gup, 24x 1st gup, 36x 1st Degree, 24x 2nd Degree, 35x 3rd Degree, 26x 4th Degree, 14x 5th Degree, 8x 6th Degree.

Payments

Participants from abroad can make their payments on Friday morning in the NH Hotel.

Accreditation cards

The necessary accreditation cards and related receipts can be collected on Friday November 19th 2010 from 08:00 till 13:45 in the NH Hotel. If you are arriving late please call at +31 6 21201334.
There will be a table in the lobby for the registrations.

Participants must show their accreditation cards to be allowed to enter the sports hall. This will be checked! It is therefore important to go to the NH Hotel first to pick up the accreditation cards before going to the sports hall.
The NH Hotel is in walking distance (+/- 1.6 km) from the sports hall were the IIC will take place.

Hotel

Visitors who use the hotel of the organization, other NH Hotels and possibly other hotels are responsible for the arrangements. If there are uncertainties please contact your hotel in due time.

Airport transfers - Utrecht

All visitors who participate and arrive at Schiphol Airport – Amsterdam are greeted by the organization and escorted to the train. By train Schiphol – Utrecht, visitors will be escorted to Utrecht Central Station and from there it is a five minute walk to the hotel. Do not forget to bring Euro’s or any valid currency to pay for the train ticket.

Banquet

The banquet on Saturday evening is fully booked with 70 participants. During the hand out of the welcome binders, the address will be provided and an accompanying invitation card. Dinner starts at 19:30 until and approximately 22:00. Drinks are excluded and must be paid for by yourself. At registration the admission to the banquet must be paid for.
