NewsletterThe 55th International Instructor Course was held in Budapest, Hunagary in the term 3rd – 5th September 2010. The Hungarian Taekwon-Do Federation led by Master Harmat László did their best to make this IIC totally successful.
Master Paul Weiler from Germany VIIIth Degree, Master Harmat László VIIIth Degree from Hungary, Master Tadeusz Loboda VII Degree from Poland, Master Kenneth Wheatley VIIth Degree from Ireland, Master Giovanni Cecconato VIIth Degree and Master Gilberto Ruzza VIIth Degree from Italy, Master José Ramón Viudes Aldeguer VIIth Degree from Spain and 153 black belts from 18 different countries such as 1. Austria, 2. Bosnia & Herzegovina, 3. Bulgarian, 4. Czech, 5. Finland, 6. Germany, 7. Great Britain, 8. Hungary, 9. Ireland, 10. Italy, 11. Moldova, 12. the Netherlands, 13. Poland, 14. Romania, 15. Slovenia, 16. Spain, 17. Sweden, 18. Switzerland arrived to this beautiful city to improve Taekwon-Do skills and learn from the best.

GM Pablo Trajtenberg IXth Degree, GM Hector Marano IXthe Degree and GM Willem Jacob Bos IXth Degree, the memebrs of ITF Technical Committee made this three days an unforgetable expirience for all participants. Not only technical issues were brought up. Grand masters also taught the depths of the philosophy of Taekwon-Do ITF.
On Sunday, the last day of the seminar, the grading for high degrees took place. 18 candidates took the test. The examination board set very high level of the exam. Luckily, the technical preparation of tested ones was quite good and 13 persons passed this chalenging exam.

Congratulations to all of you!
All participants were very enthiusiatic and satisfied with the content of the seminar. It was also a great occasion to meet the people from other countries, to discuss many topisc and share the experiences.
Apart from participating in the semiar, attendants had some time for sightseeing and learning how beautifull, exspecially at night, Budapest is.
