Competition seminar with Tomaz Barada

Last weekend, 26/27 June 2010 was held at the sport palace of IES Malladeta of Villajoyosa (Alicante), a special seminar taught by Tomaz Barada competition, world champion and King of Taekwon-Do.

The seminar was organized by Master José Ramón Viudes Aldeguer (Kumgang Club La Vila) in collaboration with the Spanish Federation of Taekwon-Do ITF (FEST).

A total of 46 participants from different clubs have gathered in this magnificent seminar, which has been devoted mainly to developing the combat system. The technical level of Spanish in combat, according to Tomaz Barada, is excellent and promises that if work continues as we are doing so far.

The course duration was 10 hours, spread over three sessions. The training has been very diverse, have practiced physical exercises to prepare for the competition, fighting techniques and motivational exercises both individually and in teams. Also taught a theory class for both the competitors and coach. All trainees have agree to rate the course very rewarding and have been left wanting more, waiting to come back again.

Noteworthy is the participation of Maestro José Miguel Martinez and Instructors, Alejandro Banega, Ana Maria Caceres, Jose Carlos Revelles, Andreu Martinez, Jose Luis Diego, Juan Antonio Benimeli, Felix Garcia and Vicente Ibanez, who showed great interest in the forms of training and techniques of this unbeatable combination Champion.
