During the annual meeting of I.T.F. Netherlands at May 16th 2010, Master Coos van den Heuvel, 7th degree, received from the chairman of the Tournament and Umpire Committee of the I.T.F. the Netherlands, Mr. Harry van Schaik and committee member Patrick den Hoed a honorary award for his contribution to the referee and tournament development in the Netherlands, Europe and the World.

Master Coos van den Heuvel participated in '78 during the first European Championship as a spectator but after this he started very soon working in almost all the European and World Championships. After working many years together with Grand Master Wim Bos, he now chairs the Tournament & Umpire Committee of the AETF and is a member of the Tournament & Umpire Committee for the I.T.F.

At the moment he is also the advisor for the Tournament and Umpire Committee of I.T.F. the Netherlands and his advise and guidance are very much appreciate while the rest of the committee is doing the daily work in the committee.

Master we thank you for your hard work in the past and present and hope to honour you with this award! Taekwon!
