During Championship of Ukraine there was held Congress of all Ukrainian Taekwon-do Union. Congress was in the evening of 20th March 2010. The most important issue of the congress was an election a new president of all Ukrainian Taekwon-do Union.

Unanimously was elected Mr. Olexandr Ignatenko, who is General of the army, Deputy Defense Minister of Ukraine, deputy of Ukraine, president of the Federation military scientists of Ukraine. Mr. Oleg Solovey was elected as a first vice president.

It was decided to apply for AETF European championship 2012 in Kiev, Ukraine. This year Football European Championship be in Kiev.
