NewsletterDuring the Annual Meeting of Polish Taekwon-Do Association held on 14th November 2010 it was decided that the black belt degree test and seminar would be held in Wroclaw, not like it used to be in Lublin. The change of the venue was on the motion of the clubs from Lower Silesia. As a reason they gave making the opportunity to gather more participants from the Lower Silesia and neighbouring regions in seminar and to watch the black belt degree test.
Mr. Adam Alenowicz, VIth Degree, the leader of Wroclawski Sportowy Klub Taekwon-Do undertook the task of organization this event. The seminar and the exam were held at Primary School Nr 38 in Wroclaw, where participants had to their disposal two dojangs. One was for seminar and the test, whereas at the second one they could practice and improve individually their skills The great thing with this one was that there were mirrors inside, what enabled to check and correct the performed techniques.
The seminar was traditionally conducted by Mater Jerzy Jedut, VIIth Degree. He brought up the issues regards the bases of the Taekwon-Do techniques and subjects required during the exam. There were 74 participants from 18 clubs (Centrum Taekwon-Do ITF Wrocław, Dragon Janów, KS WAT Wrocław, KSKT Kielce, KST Głubczyce, KST Tornado Szczecin, KTT Łódź, KWSW Taewo Warszawa, LKS Victoria Działoszyn, LKT Legnica, MKS RAT Radzyń Podlaski, MKST Bystrzyca Kłodzka, MUKS Skałka Śląsk, TKKF Taekwon Mokotów, TKT Lechmed Toruń, UKS Taekwon-Do Zabrze, WSKT Wrocław, ZSKT Zamość).
