Romanian Taekwon-do Federation organized the second national seminar for the year 2009, for sportsmen, instructors and umpires in the term of 11th - 13th September in Calan City.

Marius Oltean, 6th degree, Alexandru Muresan, 6th degree and Mircea Muntean, 5th degree were conducted the seminar.

At the seminar there were presents 54 people from 15 clubs. The aim was to improve the pattern, sparring, special techniques, power test, self defence, talk about the rules (competition and umpire), and about the artistic side of Taekwon-Do.
