From 4th to 6th September 2009 Grand Master Hector Marano, 9th Degree, ITF Chairman Technical Committee, Grand Master Pablo Trajtenberg, 9th Degree - ITF Senior Vice-President and Master Willem Jacob Bos, 8th Degree, ITF Secretary General conducted 47th International Instructor Course, which took place in Russian city of Tambov. It was the first course in Russia conducted by the Technical & Instruction Committee.

In the seminar there was 86 participants from Russia, Ukraine, Moldova and Scotland:

It was a great experience for everyone. The participants have learned from the best.

Masters took the opportunity to go sightseeing to see the beauty of Tambov and Moscow. It was a great experience that will live long time in our memories.
