50 TKD trainees were met in Olympios Zeus Camp, under the Famous Olympus, the ancient greek god's mountain, in order to get exercised, under the leading of the camp's organiser, Master Vasilis Alexandris.

The program schedule included 2 trainings per day with the following:

• Fundamental Techniques Hands And Foots
• Tools (Patterns)
• Sparring
• Target Fight
• Boxing Techniques
• Self Defence
• Step By Step Resolution And Qualification Of The 9th Tool

During the weekend's rest time, many members have visited the ancient town of Dion, Vergina of Macedonia, the grave of King Phillipos, father of Great Alexander and they, also, made a lot of excursions up to the ancient greek god's mountain, Olympus.

This year, as well, as every year, the camp visited also, Master Stefanos Gairdatzakis - instructor of Master Vasilis Alexandris - who came from Germany for two days, and they got all trained together.

The last day, Master Vasilis Alexandris (president of the Hellenic's Union TKD ITF technical committee) examined for 5 dan, Ioannis Kamperis (representative of the Albanian Federation) and for 6 dan, Spyridon Kariotis (instructor U.S.M.A SCHOOLS of Melbourne). They both have responded successfully the exam test.

We sincerely thank all the participants and we are looking forward to see them at the 13th Summer Camp in 2010, which will take place in Chalkidiki.
