On 9th August 2009 Mr Giuseppe Barani, IVth Degree, a former member of ITF Wales returned to ITF after 15 months absence. In 2008 being loyal to his many years Instructor Master Ian Lawes, Mr Barani followed him and joined Imperial Taekwon-Do, a member of the Master Choi Jung Hwa group. After few months he decided to come back to ITF.

The meeting lasted for about 2 hours, and after debating on By-Laws and ITF Wales' Constitution, Mr Barani singed all required documents and became a full member of ITF Wales again.
