On the 23.rd of May 2009 has Tomaž Barada with the help of Rotary Club from Maribor organised the 1.st Rotary Charity Run to Kalvarija Hill in Maribor.

Showing the great respect to Tomaž Barada lots of sportsmen (tae kwon do, football, skiing, walleyball, hokey, etc.) from Maribor participated in the run. The participation was 10 € and the amount (1.600 €) will be given to the children of Dom Antona Skale for their holidaymaking.

With his frequent help – from the trainings in his Sport centre once a week, the possibility of taking part in the demonstration in the MCA Slovenia Open to taking part in the donation of buying the van for the transport of disabled children - Tomaž Barada has shown not only that he is a great sportsman but allso that he has a big heart for the support of the children with special needs.

The team – children with special needs and educators - from Dom Antona Skale would like to exspress the wormest thanks to Tomaž Barada for organising this run.
