During April 2009 in Finland there was released a book called "Manual into Martial Arts" ("Kamppailutaitojen opas" in Finnish) by Jarmo Österman.

This book introduces the most popular martial arts in the world. The book goes through history and character of each art.

ITF Taekwon-Do is also represented in the book. Modelling for the photos was performed by Jani Turunen (4. dan) and Pauliina Heiskanen (2. dan). In the photos of the book Jani and Pauliina introduces some typical ITF Taekwon-Do techniques.
