Dear Masters, Instructors and TKD Practioners!

We have the honor to invite you to the IIC to be held on 4th – 6th September 2009 in the wonderful region of Tambov, situated 480 km south-east from Moscow, the capital of Russia. In the 19th century Tambov grew into a significant cultural center with a number of schools, libraries and institutions established there The course will take place at Sportshall “Dvorets sporta ANTEI”.

The IIC will be conducted by the Technical Committee of the ITF masters: Master Hector Marano from Argentina, 8th Degree, ITF Chairman Technical Committee, Master Pablo Trajtenberg Argentina, 8th Degree - ITF Senior Vice – President and Master Willem Jacob Bos from Italy, 8th Degree, ITF Secretary General.
