We would like to remind all those who are planning to take part in the 10th edition of the competition Viking Cup International, which will be held 4th and 5th of April 2009 in Skövde Sweden, that the deadline for all entry forms is the 10th of March. Please send all necessary documents before this date. The preparations for the competition are going very well and the first entry forms has already reached the office of the organizing committee.

Some interesting facts about the Viking Cup 2009:

• With the Viking Cup approaching the atmosphere in the town Skövde is great and a big marketing campaign for the competition has already begun.
• All main trophies are of crystal glass and are handmade especially for the Viking Cup.
• The medal is an impressive special made Viking medal.
• The official T-shirt is already produced and will be available for purchase during the competition.
• All 5 rings will this year be equipped with the professional electronic system that last year was used on the center ring.
• And finally all classes and division in the sparring event will be performed in the pool-system which guarantees many matches for everybody.
