For the fifth time already ITF-Belgium organized the "Day of ITF Taekwon-do". Venue was the sportscenter "Witte Molen" of Sint-Niklaas, on Saturday February 21st.

Purpose of this course is to give all members ITF-Belgium the opportunity to learn more about several aspects of ITF taekwon-do, to have a nice day, to meet other members, to meet several instructors.

The day started at 10.00 and finished at 16.15. Classes were conducted by Annick Van Driessche, Virginia Dionisi, Eddy Van Damme, Emmanuel Fantacci, Yves Pollefeyt, Steven Satyn, Stefaan De Ridder and Benny Torfs.

There were 102 participants, coloured as well as black belts from different schools : Taekwon-do Norden, Choong-moo, ITF Brussels, HwaRang K-team, Ge-Baek, Koryo, Taekwon-do Club Gent, Chon-ji and Hodori, a former WTF club that recently joined ITF-Belgium.

The program included warming-up & stretching, fundamental movements & tul, sparring, stepsparring, pre-arranged free sparring, powerbreaking, special techniques, hosinsul and cooling-down.

At the end of the day, all participants received a certificate as souvenir.
