On Friday, 30th January held the Annual Meeting in the city of Tromsoe. ITF- Norway also organized the Extraordinary Congress at that time.

Present were the members of the Board of Directors: President Mr. Ray Nicolaisen, Vice-President Mr. Bengt Hager Nilsen, Treasurer Ms. Manuela Lohwasser, Secretary Mr. Odd-Magne Hansen and many senior instructors.

During the meeting a lot of points were discussed. Mr Ronny Andreassen was elected as a new member of the Board of Directors.

There was also an appointment of new national coaches for the period 2009-2012; Mr Ole-Kristian Solberg, Mr Erwin Ayala-Bonilla and Mr Trond Solhaug. They discussed a lot of matters regarding Norwegian National Team.
