December 20th Chiel Rombout (5th degree) gave a sparring seminar in Belgium, in Destelbergen near Ghent. This was already the third time Sabum Rombout - one of the best coaches of The Netherlands and former world champion - conducted a seminar in Belgium (1998 in Lokeren and 1999 in Tervuren). He was accompanied by Ronnie Goedkoop, member of the Dutch national team.

The seminar consisted of two sessions, one session of 2 hours in the morning (mainly for coloured belts) and one session of 2 hours in the afternoon (mainly for black belts): basic kicking, combinations of punches and kicks, double kicking, sparring and much more. The training sessions were very interesting, and all participants enjoyed it a lot.
