On the 7th and 8th december it was held in Villajoyosa organized by Master Viudes for the celebration of the 25th years of his school and with the colaboration of the Federación Española de Taekwon-do ITF a training session with Master Ung Kim Lan, it has been a participation of 86 members of the Federation.

The first day of the seminar was based in two session of works teaching the different ways of training for high competition and the different stages of the above mentioned training, in both aspects physical and mental preparation, Master Kim Lan explained also how to train and prepare the differents aspects of Taekwon-do: Sparring, forms, power special techniques for the competition.

On the second day only for black Belts and Instructors, they did work on how to be a good coach and the thinks that are important for coaching, the seminar was finish with a working session of self defence.

All the participants was very enthusiastic and satisfied with the seminar and knowledge of the Master Kim Lan.
