Newsletter 4/2008 Recognition of Romanian TKD Federation
With great pleasure we would like to inform the Taekwon-do community about very important event which was the recognition of Romanian Taekwon-do ITF Federation by the Romanian Olympic and Sports Committee.
On 24th November 2008 the Romanian Taekwon-do ITF Federation has become the ordinary member and received the rights to vote in the General Meetings of the Romanian Olympic and Sports Committee.
Romanian Taekwon-do ITF Federation is next organization that is joining the Olympic Family.
This is a very important event in the history of Taekwon-do which brings all of us and our organization closer of being part of the structure of GAISF and IOC.
We would like to congratulate Mr. Marius Oltean – the President and the members of Romanian Taekwon-do ITF Federation who contributed to this success.
We hope that other countries will follow this path.
