In the first week of September 2008 took place the annual All Russia Taekwon-Do seminar. This year the seminar was divided in two parts, learning of the tournament rules and the method of teaching team patterns in which Russia national team has stable good results. Every participant received a translated by Mr L. Tsilfidis manual of ITF tournament rules.

The participants had practical and theoretical lessons. As usually the seminar ended with degree examinations. We have to notice that this seminar was a successful repetition before the International Instructors Course which will take place the same time in 2009 by the masters of ITF technical committee.
