The 8’th of March ITF Narvik Taekwon-Do Club arranged their 3’de ITF Rallaren Cup in the city of Narvik. The competition had 11 clubs participating from Geilo in southern part of Norway to Alta high up in north. 72 competitors in total.

All participants got a diploma and participant trophy and of course medals for the winners, and number 2 and 3. We competed in free sparring, pattern, Team pattern, traditional sparring and special technique.

The competitors who collected most gold received a trophy for best competitor in his ore here class. Children, junior and senior. The trophy is local and show legends from the time when the railroad was build from Kiruna in Sweden down to the harbour in Narvik. ITF Rallaren Cup are a part of the VU festival second to third weekend in March.
