As other sports so the school of Taekwon-Do I.T.F. So-San Znojmo assess a success in year 2007. This year was in something else. Maybe because Taekwon-Do is asked, I don’t know. The exhibitions of Taekwon-Do were visited by many people from all Znojmo.

I would like information about activities School of Taekwon-Do I.T.F. So-San in Znojmo in year 2007.

On February went 10 students to 5th Presov Open, that was on 3rd and 4th of february 2007 in Presov. In Presov was 230 fighters from 21 clubs from Slovakia, Czech, Poland, Hungary and Lithuania. Our team gets 9 places.

On 17th of February were 7students in Masopustní turnament, which was in the Czech Republic in Ceske Budejovice. Here we get 6 places.

On 18th March was second round Czech national league. In this round started fighters from the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Here were 130 fighters. Znojmo’s school had 11 fighters, they get 16 places. The best of category ,,Kids – male“ get Znojmo’s fighters Vladimir Belhac.

Next time on this month was sight only for preparing in 7th International Viking Cup, that was on 31st of March and 1st of April 2007 in Sveden’s town Skovde. In this tournament were 408 fighters from 52 clubs. Znojmo’s school had 15 fighters, they get 5 places.

On 7th of April was 5th International tournament Best of Best in Ricany near Prague in the Czech Republic. Here was 140 fighters from 14 clubs from Bosnia, the Czech Republic, Latvia and Slovenia. Znojmo’s school had 9 fighters, they get 9 places.

This month was very hard. On 5th of Mai was 5th European tournament in Hatvan in Hungary. Here started 300 fighters from the Czech Republic, Montenegro, Bosnia, Croatia, Poland, Rumania, Slovenia and Serbia. Znojmo’s school had 14 fighters, they get 5 places.

From 25th to 27th of Mai was The XII. Spring Takwon-Do camp school So-San Znojmo. In this camp were 60 students, they were training very hard and was enjoyment.

On 28th of Mai was Exhibition in town’s theater in Znojmo. This exhibition was for presentation different bees of House of kinder and teenager in Znojmo.

On 30th of May mayor of Znojmo Mr. Petr Nezveda accepted the best of fighters in his Office. They was showing their score in 2006/2007.

On 7th of Juni was 9th Italien open in Terracina. Here was 300 fighters form the Czech Republic, France, Ireland, Spain, Tunisia and the USA. Znojmo’s school had 9 fighters, they get 7 places. The best of category ,,Kids – male“ get Znojmo’s fighters Stefan Kovac.

On 23th of June 2007 was Taekwon-Do tournament in our town. In this tournament started 32 students from south Moravia. 26-25-22.

On 27th of June 2007 was exam up to higher degrees for 61 students. All students passed exam successfully.

From 28th July to 12th August were Znojmo’s students in Sicilia for new draw power. In Sicilia were they for six.

   

On 18th of August was an exhibition in Dyjakovice, because they organized a cultures action. As a head of this action is Pavel Kubicek. He is handicap, but he makes these actions for other people from all country. The pay-off from this action was presented in Znojmo’s hospital. This year hospital bought a machine for 120 000 CZE.

   

On 15th of September 2007 was an exhibition in Znojmo. It was day of foundation Taekwon-Do I.T.F. in Znojmo. Our school celebrated 15th birthday (*15. 9. 1992 ). In Znojmo were about 150 000 visitors, because it was the vintage.

On 2nd of October 2007 was 3th Town Frydek-Mistek Cup. In this tournament started 110 fighters form Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary. Our school gets these places 3-2-7.

From 26th to 28th of October was the international Farewell IIC Seminar for Master Tom MacCallum in Vienna. 144 International instructors and trainers were form all the World. The Czech Republic was substituted by the head of Taekwon-Do I.T.F. in Znojmo František Macek II.Dan and his student Eduard Liska I.Dan.

   

From 16th to 18th of November was 1st Mazovia Cup in Poland. In tournament started 221 fighters form England, Finland, Ireland, Lithuania, Slovakia and New Zealand. Our school gets these places 0-0-3

On 1st of December 2007 was the tournament in Ceske Budejovice alias Christmas tournament. The tournament so 9th in line. In tournament started 187 fighters from 15 schools from Czech republic, Slovakia and Slovenia. Our school gets these places 1-1-5.

   

On 2nd of December 2007 was the international tournament alias III. Smolenice Open. In this tournament started 155 fighters from Czech republic, Hungary, Poland, Slovakia and Slovenia. Our school gets these places 6-8-7.

   

All recapitulation:

• Korea martial art Taekwon-Do I.T.F. make 113 students in Znojmo and outskirts. Only in Znojmo make 90 students.
• The competitors started in 20 tournaments in Czech Republic and Europe. They have 173 places.
• School made one summer camp.
• The competitors were accepted by the mayor of Znojmo town.
• Students taken the international seminar and hold a seminar in last year in Znojmo.
• They showed 6 exhibitions in Znojmo and outskirts.
