Kateryna Solovey was elected the best sportsman of the year 2007 among not Olympic kinds of sports in the Western Ukraine.

For last two years she has won on all national and international tournaments.

Her coach Oleg Solovey became the best coach of the year 2007. Among his pupils there are such known sportsmen as Kateryna Solovey, Andriy Pasichnyk, Igor Maksymenko and Vasyl Voytovych.
