Dear Members,

The International Taekwon-Do Federation has the honour to invite you to the 1th new I.T.F. Tournament & Umpire Course to be held in Cologne, Germany on March 29th /30th , 2008.

The Course is open to Black Belts 2nd degree and above.

The main purpose of the course is to:

• introduce modifications in the ITF competition rules which shall be implemented from January 2008.
• introduce official electronic score system for sparring and Patterns.
• Align umpires, coaches and technical directors around the world concerning umpiring and tournament organizational matters.
• Prepare umpires (4th degree and above) officiating in the upcoming World Cup / Championships to be held in Italy 2008, Argentina 2009.
• Prepare umpires (4th degree and above) officiating in the upcoming European Championships to be held in Poland may 2008.
