ITF Taekwon-Do Norway would like to invite you to the 3rd ITF Rallaren Cup in the city of Narvik. The cup is arranged during the Winter Festival week, celebrating the people who built the railway from the iron mils in Sweden and thereby establishing Narvik as a town.

The competition is organised by ITF Narvik Taekwon-Do with the co-operation of ITF Taekwon-Do Norway.

The competition is from march 8th to march 9th, 2008. The competition will be for children, juniors and seniors, coloured and black belts, male and female. Competition includes: patterns, sparring, traditional sparring, power and special technique.

Official invitation and application forms will soon be ready in English.

To get to Narvik you can travel by plane from the capitol Oslo to Harstad/Narvik Airport or by plane from Stockholm to Kiruna Airport. From Kiruna you can travel by train to Narvik, and both airports have bus to Narvik, only 1 and 2 ½ hour by bus.
