More from Patrick Crevecoeur in Kabul

Patrick Crevecoeur, member of board ITF-Belgium & member of the national team, is still (as officer in the belgian army) in Kabul, Afghanistan, for the protection of Kabul Airport (KAIA).

Some weeks ago, he started with an ITF Taekwon-Do club there, KAIA Training Team, and now his students are soldiers from Afghanistan, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Estonia, France, Iceland, Luxemburg, Netherlands, Slovakia, USA.

Patrick met Mr. Shoaib Rahmany, IV°degree, who introduced ITF taekwon-do in Afghanistan 27 years ago. He still has clubs in Kabul. They spoke a lot about the teaching of taekwon-do and the life in Afghanistan. Mr. Rahmany showed Patrick some pictures of himself with General Choi Hong Hi, as he did his grading with our founder. Mr. Rahmany would like to participate at the IIC in Belgium in October, and he will be present on the WC in Canada.

Patrick was very happy to have met Mr. Rahmany, he says it's nice that taekwon-do ITF is a very big family.
