Many young Scandinavians choose to pursue a hobby or interest in depth for one year. Our courses are drama, music, media, sports and film, outdoor life, Norwegian for foreigners and Taekwon-do. We teach ITF-style.

During the last 12 years many students of Taekwon-do has taken a year with us, and we have received very good feedback. There are 12 ours of Taekwon-do activities during a week, giving you the opportunity to go in depth on both physical and theoretical elements of Martial Arts. You may also join the local club, giving you the chance to train after school as well, and to participate in seminars, competitions and so on.

And even though we have a very high level of instructors, ranging from visits by the national team coach, Master Per Andresen and others, your level when you begin is of no importance! Our classes have always consisted of both white belts and black belts.
